Realistic New Year's Resolution Every Person Should Actually Make

2017 is fast approaching ♡. Brace yourselves for "New Year, New Me" posts lol but seriously, all of us are seeking for some changes and list some goals to achieve every year because we want to do better and improve ourselves but all we do is to write those goals or bucket list down, try to achieve those during the first month of the year and forget about it on the second month until the year ends. Same routine, same failure.
This always happens because we always set unrealistic goals. So I'm listing down below realistic new year's resolution every person should actually make for a better and happier year.

1.Stop posting negative shit on social media. In this world where social media is #life, people should know how to #ThinkBeforeYouClick. Yeah, I understand that all of us are entitled with our FREEDOM OF SPEECH but always remember that misinformation can lead you to trouble ;)

2. TRAVEL because you need it. If you want to go abroad and don't have money, look into doing charity work abroad because there are programs that can sponsor you.

3. Read this five times: THE MONEY IS NOT WORTH IT. Done? Good! If you hate your job, quit your job. What's the point of going to work everyday if you're not happy? You're not a robot, okay? Tip: if you're planning to quit your job, make sure your savings is enough to help you survive until you find another job.

4. Remove that "frienemies" in your life to live a happier and healthier life. Don't spend another year surrounding yourself with people  you secretly despise 😉.

5. Rid yourself of enemies. Apologize and forgive. Period!

6.  Stop caring about how many people “like” your Instagram and Facebook photos. If you like the photo enough to post it, what else matters? Social media anxiety is a waste of time.

7. Start crossing something off your bucket list because #YOLO. Sky dive, scuba dive, travel alone, etc. Don't make excuses as to why you can't accomplish something, and check out.

8. Stop hating yourself. Not unless you want to live an unhappy life.

9. Keep a journal or a diary. It doesn’t have to be pricey and it doesn't have to be something you use daily, but documenting your experiences is incredibly important.  You’ll appreciate it later.

10. Blood is thicker than water. Strengthen relationships with family members.

11. Conquer a fear.

12. Pay it forward. Do good things for the world and don't post a Facebook status about it. Are you familiar with #HumbleBrag?

13. Stop using your smartphone 24/7. Set a time limit. Your eyes and brain will thank you for it. And STOP USING YOUR SMARTPHONE WHEN YOU ARE TALKING WITH YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

14. Try a fashion trend you never thought you always wanted to try. Boho? Classy? Emo? Go!! Wear it with confidence.

15. Shop locally, eat locally and recognize where your money is going. Consumers control the economy, so visit the mom-and-pop coffee shop down the street.

16. START SAVING. START SAVING. START SAVING. Do I need to explain why?

17. Cry. When you’re happy and when you’re sad; embrace your emotions as they come.

18. Stop being so shallow.

19. If you want someone to commit to you, vocalize it. Don’t settle for being someone’s “fuck buddy" or "char-char lng" if that isn’t what you want.

20. Start living a healthy or healthier lifestyle because you need to. Duhhhh?
