21st birthday

I celebrated my 21st birthday working and going on adventure with my friends. My friends and I planned to meet as early as 6 a.m. so we can visit as many places as we can before the day ends. Unfortunately, I had a coverage at 9 a.m so we moved the time to push through our plan. Because it was my birthday, they were kind enough to wait for me at the venue where I had my coverage. Being the best boyfriend ever and the best squad ever, El and the rest of the group surprised me with flowers and cake.

First, we went to Carcar public market to buy food for lunch. Then we went to El's Farm in Tal-ot, Barili to eat lunch and explore the place. Since we have foreigner friends with us, we want them to try fresh buko juice and fresh Tuba  (Lambanog), a Filipino alcoholic beverage made from the fermented sap of coconut flowers. Honestly, I don't like Tuba (Lambanog), its smell sucks but I had no choice but to take a shot  because twas my birthday hahaha. Infairness, it was tasty.

We stayed at the farm 'til 4 p.m. and went to Sayaw Beach in Barili to end the day. With a spectacular view of nearby islands and Negros Oriental, for sure Sayaw Beach is one of the most picturesque beaches in Cebu with just Php 10.00 entrance fee. It was a happy birthday indeed. I feel so blessed with the people around me. Thanks everyone for making my 21st year of existence an adventurous one. To more adventures and chasing happiness moment.
