🎶 When she was just a girl
She expected the world
But it flew away from her reach
And the bullets catch in her teeth
Life goes on, it gets so heavy
The wheel breaks the butterfly
Every tear a waterfall
In the night the stormy night she'll close her eyes
In the night the stormy night away she'd fly
And dreams of
Para-para-paradise 🎶
If you know me, you'd know how much I love the beach and I considered it as my home. I'm not really good at swimming but there's something about the ocean that heals my soul. I think its because "we are both salt water mixed with air" according to Nayyirah Waheed but there's a place in the city that I also considered home that is not a beach but a garden filled with flowers, butterflies and all things fairytale with a breathtaking view called Terrazas de Flores.
Terrazas de Flores is the only botanical garden that is in a flower terraces form in the Philippines located at Sitio Tiguib, Barangay Malubog Cebu City, just a few meters away from the famous Tops in Busay and 15 minutes away from JY Square in Lahug.
Just like the Garden of Eden, Terrazas de Flores is a place where one can enjoy and connect with the nature with its over 127 species of Cebu's very own flora, mountain and city view and all things one can see in a garden.

My personal faves are: mango cheesecake, chicken curry, beef stew, pizza, and their drinks ♥
If you would like to enter a stress-free zone then Terrazas de Flores is the perfect place for you. Entrance fee is Php 100.00 for adults and Php 50.00 for children ages 7-12, they also give discounts to senior citizens and students, just present your ID. Terrazas de Flores is open EVERY DAY, yes that's from Sunday to Saturday from 8am til 12 midnight. They also accept bookings for pre nup and pre debut photo shoots. For more info visit their official Facebook page: Terrazas de Flores.
xoxo,
M
